(Adaptiiv) increases traction in the market and prepares to capitalize on strategic opportunities, it has become necessary to add specific commercial experience to its Board of Directors. As such, Adaptiiv is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Travis Gay to its Board, effective immediately. Travis is an industry veteran with vast experience in scaling companies in the healthcare industry.
In his current position as Chief Commercial Officer and co-founder at Palette Life Sciences, Travis leverages his vision, passion, and leadership when transforming innovations in medical technology into commercially successful organizations. He has led all developmental components of an organization, from raising capital and acquiring valuable assets to executing the sell side.
For the past 25 years, he has worked in both established and startup medical device and life science companies, where he has guided companies from IPO through to successful exit strategies. Travis’ knowledge and expertise lies in establishing strategic goals, vertically integrating operations, implementing lean manufacturing, identifying untapped revenue opportunities, restructuring teams for high performance and rapid growth, and commercializing new products.
