Alex has a career in technology development and commercialization specializing in enterprise critical applications, infrastructure and big data analytics. He led the development of Adaptiiv’s solutions as a co-founder and is now leading the company in its commercialization efforts to achieve scale as the CEO.

Erin is a former Radiation Therapist, with 10 years of experience working at the Nova Scotia Cancer Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Erin holds an MBA and has worked in various industries in both private and public sectors. Erin works on expanding the development of current and future clinical solutions and programs with Adaptiiv.
Kyle Gillis, CPA
VP, Finance and Operations
Prior to joining Adaptiiv, Kyle held several positions of increasing responsibilities at Eigen Innovations, Irving Oil and JD Irving; with most recently holding a position as the VP, Finance at Eigen Innovations. He holds an MBA from the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary's University and a BBA in Finance from Cape Breton University.

Adem has over 25 years of experience in software development and management and leads the engineering team in developing innovative software solutions. Adem brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that has allowed Adaptiiv to be an industry leader in the field of radiation oncology software.

Kelsey has over 8 years of progressive HR experience and supports and strategizes with Adaptiiv's senior leaders, employees, and stakeholders on a variety of functional areas of HR to grow the organization, as well as shape and advance initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
