Our standard order turnaround time is roughly 5 business days, which includes both production and shipping.
Orders can be placed any day of the week, but they are reviewed Monday to Friday, between 6:30 AM and 2:30 PM CT.
All orders must be approved and accepted before they are sent to print.
Orders accepted after 11:30 AM CT on a business day will not be sent to print the same day. The 5-business-day turnaround will begin the following business day.
When production is closed or couriers are not in operation, orders may be delayed by 1–2 business days. Delays will depend on the timing of the closures during your order’s fulfillment window.
