Alex has a career in technology development and commercialization specializing in enterprise critical applications, infrastructure and big data analytics. He led the development of Adaptiiv’s solutions as a co-founder and is now leading the company in its commercialization efforts to achieve scale as the CEO.
Dr. James Robar
Co-Founder
Dr. Robar is the recognized inventor of SmartBolus for MERT and is the former Chief of Medical Physics at Nova Scotia Health and Director of Medical Physics, Graduate Programs at Dalhousie University. He has a 15 year history of industrial collaborations with leading companies in the radiation oncology sector.

Erin is a former Radiation Therapist, with 10 years of experience working at the Nova Scotia Cancer Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Erin holds an MBA and has worked in various industries in both private and public sectors. Erin works on expanding the development of current and future clinical solutions and programs with Adaptiiv.

Adem has over 25 years of experience in software development and management and leads the engineering team in developing innovative software solutions. Adem brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that has allowed Adaptiiv to be an industry leader in the field of radiation oncology software.
